Today is the 2nd day of 2011 CNY already, I wish time could just pass slower or 48 hours a day. It was fun to spend time with family and friends. Anyways, whenever I went to Sri Petaling, I will go these 2 shops, one is Jojo's Pan Mee and another will be Snowmix for Taiwan Desserts.

The Fried Pork Pan Mee from Jojo's, it was so good. I'll never get bored of the taste especially their chilli.

Actually Pan Mee in Damansara is the best for me but too troublesome for me to travel so far. =)

简直是太兴奋了啦！考完试的感觉真的很爽。感觉自由多了。我的2012就刚开始！感谢主！

这个SEM是最难的一个，也是我最讨厌的一个。来检讨下下~

刚开始这SEM就忙了，忙着练习for教堂的活动，忙教堂的演唱会欢迎新生，我的负债了sketch和guitarist。我很被大大的祝福，教堂下不是问题，最主要是上帝渴慕的那个谦卑的心，当晚教堂都满了，人数多达100-200人！真的很棒！看到大家一起来赞美主更加的赞！过后去了gunung santubong，哇~ 还是我第一次爬上山，真的很挑战，意志力要很强每当要放弃那些斜波的路程，当看到了那美丽的瀑布，我的疲劳都不见了，太好玩啦!!~~ 希望可以去到Gunung Kinabalu~

对，我买了第一双Nike Air Max，现在却要更多了！ AirMax的pattern很适合我。

这个SEM我少了好多朋友，不是我跟他们不好，而是他们多数去外面住了由于college大量的踢掉人，有些毕业了。所以，这个学期很闷多，加上科目少了，太多时间在房间，很闷叻！=。= 还有还有，我的faculty却搬去新campus了，每天要乘巴士去到那里，天气又这么emo爽爽就下雨太阳热到。。靠！这个SEM。。Mak Ai!!!! 时间多到。。可是不懂如何用。悲哀！〉。〈

之前的4个月放假让我把读书的东西忘到一干二净了，我突然没感觉要读书， assignment懒惰做，没上进心，很不爽，跟自己讲，如果这样不如去做工好~ 最后还是把这个SEM完成了，只差FYP要赶, 希望能做我的最好！

虽然去不多地方，比之前认识不多朋友，可是自己里面出现了很多调整，感觉自己越老了 =.= 将来要赚钱养家了，脑中几乎每天烦着想赚钱，不想出来做牛做马领一点的薪水。 Angan太多了。。呵呵，还是顺取自然，脚踏踏实过有意义人生好！哈哈！可是也要保持着胜利的新！交托给耶稣！

好啦！就到此了！希望有个好好的假期和新年！拜拜！^^

Olympus EPL1 and Olympus Pancake 17mm F2.8

Just few weeks ago since I bought my Olympus EP1, my brother got poised by its great features and eventually got himself a Olympus Pen EPL-1, a younger brother of Olympus EP1. One new member added to our Olympus family.

I must give big applause for Olympus on tremendous upgrade from older EP1. Aside of its plasticky body and lighter feel, there are so many new features added. The Video Recording Button is simply amazing, you can easily record video immediately with one click. Another great stuff about is video can be recorded in the modes including in Art Filter mode. It is cool you can record video in LOMO feel. Thumbs up and like 1000x! The iAuto mode is damn intelligent which it will change the setting based on situation. There are two additional filter added in Art Filter Mode which are dioroma effect and Sepia effect. The Sepia effect brings really antique feel to the pictures, I like Olympus color tone so so much! The most significant upgrade will be built-in flash added. How I wish EP1 could have it, shooting in the dark cause lots of pain.

The front of the charm

Not forgetting, my brother too bought the Olympus Pancake 17mm f2.8. Below is the pic of it mounted on my Olympus EP1. It is light in weight, really useful for walkaround lens. It enhance the color of pictures too. However, my only concern is the bokeh is less obvious although it's f2.8 constant aperture, perhaps due to sensor size.

Taken with Olympus EPL1 with flash. The flash is useful, unlike built-in flash in other camera often harshly flashed on the objects, it's equally flashed on.

Here are the 2 effects I meant of the upgrade in Art Filter mode.

I really get poised too and looking forward for upgrade to Olympus EP3 and Panasonic G 20mm f1.7, that's enough! =)

I've been eyeing the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 Plus ever since its release by Samsung Mobile. I'm amazed by its dual core 1.2Ghz processor, its thinner size compared to its elder brother, better display, Honeycomb (I like most), additional front phone speaker and more!

Good news is I'm getting it, really can't wait for it to come ;)

Panasonic Lumix LX3, Predecessor of Lumix LX5

I used to use Panasonic Lumix LX3 which was one of the best cameras IMHO. I sold it to upgrade for DSLR. My sister still keep the camera which she bought it after I did. Panasonic Lumix LX3 boost its 1.63" sensor, with big aperture F2.0-2.8 and more HERE- review by me.

Anyways, I'm currently ~~in love with~~ Olympus EP-1, the best camera that suits my taste so far.

Took some pictures with my sister's LX3, the color tone isn't exactly what I wanted and despite the sensor size, the pictures somehow were kinda dark, I brighten it through Photoshop though. Enjoycesss!

As I grew up, somehow I felt that time is passing so so so fast. I wish it could pause for a second or there will be 48hours per day. Without being alert, today is the last day of 2011, that means it's time for me to do my annual review.

First and foremost as always, I really wanna thanks Jesus for His grace and mercy all days long. I always sleep with one same thought what if I wake up being at somewhere else, of course many other 'what-if' thoughts in curious me. Nevertheless, God is really good to me, relationship, family, business and studies.

One of the biggest blessings was I found a church that filled with love and cares. Thanks God for lovely brothers and sisters, they were supporting me a lot, from there, I began to learn to forgive my past memories. Aside of that, I ventured into online business, managed to earn some bucks but it was difficult for me to make the decision to let go of it as I need times for my final year studies and projects, wish to fight the last battles with flying colors. Another was my Redang trip with dearie, it was so so fun travelling with her. Sad part was my seniors and good uni friends either graduates or shifted outside of university. This made my uni life kinda boring. Another roller coaster in 2011 was my relationship put to test, till now every second I am so thankful that we been through the downs.

I guess 2011 was pretty normal but still must jot down the moments. As life has to go on, I am sure 2012 and years ahead will still be great year as God's favor with you and me ;) I hope to get good paid career, settle down as well as spend more time with my family. That's all!

5 Reasons Why I Like Olympus Pen Series EP-1

I've been using Olympus PEN EP1 quietly without posting anything in this blog. I must admit that I'm now a happy Olympus PEN user. Previously, I was not into Olympus especially its seldom heard of, as normal people like me, we're easily attached to huge advertisement, hence, definitely will choose those famous brand. I've used various brands of cameras ranging from Sony, Nikon, Canon, Kodak, Panasonic Lumix and Fujifilm but not Olympus, Leica or Pentax. If time allows, I would like to try all the 3.

Despite EP1 as one of the earliest mirrorless m43 sensor camera, I find it pretty intelligent in one way or another. There are few things I really like about the camera.

1) White Balance (WB) is outstanding

This is an issue I face in many camera, I can't really get enough of the WB setting, as such, many photos need to be processed again. This issue solved with EP1. It's so intelligent and I rarely need to use custom WB in the setting, the Auto WB does all the job. Bravo!

2) Retro look and feel

Believe me or not, many friends of mine never seen such camera before. There is one word I could hear often whenever I take this EP1 out, 'Oh its cool!'. Indeed, I can't help but really like the retro design of the camera which is signature look for Olympus Pen series camera.

3) Interchangeable Lens a plus point

Like any other DSLR, you too can attach other lens to EP1 body with M43 mount. There are few lenses in my wishlists such as Panasonic 20mm 1.7 (must buy lens), Olympus 45mm 1.8 and Olympus 40-150 telephoto lens asides of the kit lens. Nevertheless, the kit lens is good with rich color and sharp focus.

4) Comfortable strap position

Frankly speaking, I dislike the strap position in Nex body, the camera always face downward. Olympus EP1 strap position is just nice for me. I feel comfortable with it.

5) Others...

Some minor parts such as hot-shoe, auto rotation when viewing pictures, menu simplicity and handling feel are worth to be mentioned. In addition, I'm currently planning to get a trigger with external flashes to do home studio, it seems possible with this camera. yeay!

I guess this camera really suits my taste a lot, and I won't change any camera in any time soon although I would like to have its elder brother Olympus EP3 or the APS-C Sensor Fujifilm X100. It's really good in capturing quality images, no doubt I bring it everywhere with me now. Every moment will be captured! =)

My Facebook Timeline

Since Facebook made the steps easier with one click to get Timeline, I thought to give a try. Honestly, nothing much surprise though and it's quite scary for me to show all the previous things you've mentioned in Facebook. Perhaps I am someone who don't keep any bad memories, all were deleted at fast seconds. Anyway, thought of designing the my timeline header rather than putting pictures with fonts as priority.

It's easy anyway to create it. I used Photoshop and remember the size set it to 849 x 313 pixels and you could design anything you want.

Have You Found Your Blog Niche?

Today is my 5th years and 7 months of blogging journey!Indeed, it is an enjoying journey to person like me who has thousands of things to share, as if time allows ;)

Frankly, throughout the years, I've never realize what focus should I have, I shared photos most of the time to jot down memories, and once in awhile news about latest cars, technology and songs. As I was revising my studies, ideas came to me. I need niche!

Here is one reason I could think of why niche is so important to your blogging journey, here I mean serious blogging. Firstly, it will be easier to get targeted visitors to your blog. Writing interesting topic based on your own interests would help to keep regular viewers too. In my case, most of my blog visitors mostly I must say, come once and never again, as they came from search engine. Hence, I have found 2 interested niche which I'm going to develop. I will still keep this blog as my personal blog though. It still generate some little ka-ching monthly, not bad =)

Do research today on knowing what niche you wish to focus on, trust me, you will find blogging actually something great!

I went there with my dearie. FullHouse is unique with its cosy Western garden-like design and of course with their unique antique mini cooper. To be frank, I like the ambiance, it was comfortable, but the service was kinda slow. Price wise I would rate 3/5 as some stuffs quite expensive with just a small potion.

It tasted good for me although dearie complained of the strong smell of mushroom. The potion served is in tea cup as in picture above.

I'm updating this post with sense of guilt in me as I've neglected this blog for some time. I've been procrastinating so much so plenty of time is wasted. I wasn't feel any busyness in this semester probably due to lesser subjects I'm taking, PTA draft everything submitted, yet I still don't know why am I so free to waste all the precious time :/

Just share with ya' all summary of my November 2011. Of all, the most important was decision I made to stop my business and decided to focus fully on studies, like it or not, I must get my degree and pursue to Master studies in future. It's not matter of having the 'papers' but merely my interest in gaining knowledge. Yes, I'm so hunger for knowledge. Anyway, to cut the stories short, let the pics do the talk ;)

Okay, I'm in love with the sky in Sarawak. You can easily beautiful crowd and starry stars always. I'm lovin it!

Bought fotofile camera bag SEASIDE for my Olympus EP-1 and accessories. This bag is really good, water proof and I can put extra thing such as umbrella and water inside of it, kinda spacious.

I'm extraodinary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeaayy, I joined the Hope International Ministries (HIM) MNC themed ExtraOdinary, so great to see how ordinary things for great God! I gained lots in this MNC. Look forward for the next!

I always wanted to have myself a bluetooth headset due to the phone radioactivity, what's more, I always on the phone call. So, as I browsed through the internet, saw someone selling this bluetooth headset at reasonable price. This model actually released in 2008.

Back to Kuching, Back to Reality

There came to the end of my 10days mid-term break. it's just like a coin dropped to the floor in second. I was so excited to go back 10days ago, now I've to back to reality, to finish my studies with flying colors. This holiday really made me recharged myself a lot, I spent fullest time with family and dearie, you know how painful at times I can't be there for them at very first minute when they need me. Aside of that, I spent some time thinking little about future planning in term of family, finance, carrier etc. At this age, I can't deny my responsibility any more. It's time I should take care of my family already.

I feel motivated again to keep studying well. Previously, I somehow felt no interest in studies but thank God for this short break, I found my interest back. My current priority is to finish my research studies.

Anyway, as I came back to Kuching, this means I am going back to hometown very soon. Be optimistic, I will!

It has been a long while since I last posted something personal. Most of the blog posts were foods, information, phones, photos, I wish I've time for long stories blogging again. Anyway, time flies as I like to say always, yea it does. I never realize it has come to 4 years and 6 months of my blogging journey, and its still kicking great!

I am sure my determination to share has drove through this journey. I still remember how messy my blog was the first time I started blogging. Soon, it became my favorite hobby to share cool stuffs around the internet until I got serious with blogging. I soon changed my focus to make money tips, photography, political issues and gadgets tips. I've made lots of great friends through blogging, but sadly, many have stopped blogging but the memories will always there.

Some may take blogging as serious matter, however, I think that as long the ideas shared, I care not the content and the the bad engrish of mine. Haha! Anyway, sincerely thanks to those who follow and read my blog faithfully, reallirealli thanks so much :)

Jonker Street, Melaka in Black & White

Jonker Street Malacca is one of the tourist spots which is located in Heeren Street. The old buildings are in good maintenance despite built years ago. And, business goes as usual, most of them selling traditional goods, accommodation, foods etc. There is night market on every Friday till Sunday. As a Malaccan, I sincerely recommend this place, you'll find the atmosphere so what was during the old times. There are entertainment, lots of stalls, antique stuffs, clothes sold there.

I chose to shoot these pictures of Jonker Walk in black&white mode.

4 Things I Am Craving For

This post will work as reminder for me. At times, I tend to do lots of shopping especially for gadgets and clothing, anyway, as humans we do have material needs rite? Few things I'm currently craving for:

1) Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

I've used Samsung Galaxy Tab WiFi version before, it was awesome experience but the speed and tweaks could be better. I like its size most, with its successor, Oh Man! My first impression was this is de-li-cious gadget! The 1.4ghZ, HoneyComb, 7.7" Super AMOLED Plus, Call/SMS etc made me salivate. I want this piece of beast badly.

2) Nike Air Max

I'm crazy fan of Nike Air Max! It looks uber cool, between I own the one in upper pic already, so more AirMAx pretty please!

3) Olympus EP3, Micro 4/3 System

To be honest, I've owned lots of cameras before I sold all away. At last, I found out that I love Olympus E series Micro 4/3 system. The design looks so retro making me even like it more. The latest Olympus EP3 is really worth the buy, it has fast speed autofocus system, touch screen capture, little size and so on.

4) A guitar, Takamine guitar

Sweet beautiful sound. I played the guitar once borrowed from friend, I told myself I would like to have one for myself.

Hiking and Waterfall at Kubah National Park

I'd the privilege to go Kubah National Park for hiking and waterfall with Hope KS church members last week. The plan supposed to change to other venue but thankfully, we conquered the place.

Hiking in jungle was a nice experience which I hadn't do it since I finished my secondary school, used to go during scouting days. Anyway, it felt so good to get fresh air and close to the nature.

Frankly speaking, it took a lot of energy and adrenaline to reach the peak but it was so refreshing to see from the peak, my first thought was to stay for longer period, being with nature was real great~

After hiking, we went to other track which reached to the waterfall. It was very slippery and I fell down twice, shy-ness! The water was so cold anyway.

Currently planning for other trips in Sarawak, nah just wish to spend fullest one last year in uni life here ;)

Okay, I'm more than happy today.

Haha I've finally owned my own Samsung Galaxy Tab eventually after craving for so long. I'm choose it not because its cheapest but I just need small tablet for my simple works such as Bible, blogging on the go, take down notes, music, keep in touch with my customer, online etc not really on playing games though. Thus, this is just enough for light user like me.

My verdict after using continuously for 3hours:-

The battery is still kicking good. Although many claimed that the processor is much slower than the 3g version, I however think its not so laggy despite I'm using many apps Currently. I've installed some necessary apps that I need but some is not in full screen. Now another thing I dislike is it cant play full hd video but not a problem for me anyhow. The size is worth to mention as it fits on my palm. Compared to the Ipad its handling is good. The size is just nice for me.

Blogging with it is good. I'm using blogger droid to write this post now.

Rate 8/10.

Starbucks Moment With Her

The best thing is God put us together from totally different background. There are things we agree and disagree, but one thing for sure both of us like that's Starbucks. Her favorite will always be Green Tea Latte and mine anything to do with Chocolate ;)

It's quite happy being able to spend quality time with her even though I'm going back to Sarawak finishing my last year of my tertiary studies. If you were to ask me, how's it feel? Totally mixed feelings. For one, I miss all of them here, but on the other hand, last year means I've to leave varsity and ready to strive hard in reality working life. This is located at The Garden Mall and their concept is slightly similar to Tuttifruti frozen yogurt with their own special flavors Original, Liang Cha and Pink Guava. The price is cheaper than Tuttifruti though.

It has normal or large size, we ordered normal for RM9.40 with Teriyaki flavored Pork Burger, signature French Fries and Iced Lemon Tea without any extra surcharge.

Samsung I9100 Galaxy S2 Review

Two weeks ago, I borrowed the Samsung I9100 Galaxy S2 from my cousin and gave a try on it and here I am in to write little thought of mine about this gadget. Samsung S2 weights only 116g which I felt uncomfortable at first after holding Apple iPhone 4 for some time. It's real thin and light with 4.3inch 480x800 pixels Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen. I'm indeed in love with the sharp color screen even though I think it is quite vivid.

Besides of the basic functions such as running on Android OS, 1GB RAM, strong bass music, supporting Adobe Flash Player, another thing really worth to mention is the Dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor. Not to compare with other phone which has similar processor, Samsung Galaxy S2 is enough fast and there is no lag experienced throughout the usage. Playing big file games is indeed a joy.

Cool, sweet, amazing, brilliant, you name it! The 8Megapixels (3264x2448 pixels) camera with Autofocus and flash is incredibly sharp, fast response, easy to use, and I must say it can beat any other Point and Shoot (PnS) camera away. I personally like the color and tone so much. Anyhow, I had no chance to test the camera in low light condition. Will update if I do it in near future.

The drawback on this piece of beauty will be the price, it's still sold at around RM1900-2200 which I think could buy a netbook with the price. Anyway, it's still depend on personal preference right?

Whilst this phone is so powerful, sharp and smart, I still prefer to stick with my iPhone, it suits my taste better.

Fipper - Feel The Rubble

I always think the EarthFour Sdn. Bhd. is brilliant to have their own brand of flip flop slippers called as Fipper. I admire their innovation in producing ordinary slippers in different colors which has now become a trend. I'm not far behind though, I bought one Fipper slippers which are in Pink color, my favorite color :)

Anniversary Treat @ Delicious Cafe Mid Valley

Last night me and my dearest celebrated our 5th year anniversary being together. As a reward of the thick and thin moment we went through together, we treated ourselves good foods at Delicious Cafe in Mid Valley Megamall.

I've heard of the good reviews about Delicious Cafe and my girlfriend suggested why not we give a try on it.

There was a comfy sofa in front of the entrance. You may take some pictures and show to others I WAS IN DELICIOUS CAFE.

217, the table number of the day. Well, I really like the ambiance, quite cooling and nice place to chit chat despite it was crowded during that time.

ME! Okay, I was snapping pictures around whilst waiting for the food. The service was good and the food served very immediately after the order taken.

As I grow older, many things in life have to come to pass some day. I have some friends already married while I'm not, sad. Some say Bugatti Veyron is the best and speed-est car in the world, but I don't like it looks, I prefer Koenigsegg CCX which rarely heard of! Kooool!

Koenigsegg CCX was made in 2006 by Koenigsegg automotive. It is two-door roadster with removable hardtop. Body is made of pre-impregnated carbon fibre, kevlar and lightweight sandwich reinforcements. Doors open in special way which you won’t find anywhere else. Motor is 4.7 liter twin supercharged DOHC V8 with 806bhp @ 6,900rpm based on Ford Modular architecture. It has 6-speed manual transmission, torque sensitive, limited slip differential. Dimensions of front and rear brakes are 362 x 32 mm, ventilated with 6 pistons. If you wish, you can upgrade brakes to 380 x 34mm dimension with 8 pistons made by Brembo. Life - Here Today and Gone Tomorrow

Just came back from my gf friend's funeral an hour ago. Not a close friend but someone I've heard of back in my secondary school days. It was a shock to know that she's left us after struggling with bone cancer for years.

Many thought came to my mind out of a sudden. Am I satisfied with life? Will I still complain for what I've had and what I don't? What if there is no salvation of Jesus Christ in my life? Where will I if I die? What I wanna do before I die?

I've been very positive all these while about death. I mean I know one day you and I have to face it. I'll not boast about tomorrow as I never know what will happen, what I will do is to live life to fullest. While thinking such questions, one song came to my mind, this is how it goes "I want to serve the purpose of God, in my generation, I want to serve the purpose of God while I'm alive, I want to give my life for something that will last forever...." It's very sweet and I began to thank God for my being. Yes, I want something that last forever, this word came to me. John 3:16 says,"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." How sweet is God's promise to you and me. The promise of where I'll go bring back my focus in life. I was pretty blur of life and God has always listened to my prayer.

As in title, life here today and gone tomorrow. For my friend, I pray that she will rest in peace in God's presence. Your demise has brought many realization to myself and many other friends. Many times we are too occupied with our tasks, let us spend some time understanding life and let's live it to fullest.

I think I'm deeply in love with this lens :) Most of the pictures taken are sharp and beautiful in color. It's a full frame lens too, so can be used in Alpha FF in case I plan to upgrade in near future :)
