I found out there are new changes in advertlets.com(advertising company) recently. An awesome one I must say.
True to be told, I really like advertlets.com design and I am sure Josh Lim took steps to improve advertlets as well despite there are many complaints about their payment system. They even have twitters, facebook, BU profile and more.
This is not a paid post but merely ahmike's thought. So what ziu think?

what the company has done to many is beyond redemption. many lost faith in it with those empty promises.

Ahmike, thanks for noticing. The team has been rolling out new improvements, and we are planning to launch in new countries very soon. In addition, you may notice that our ads also load faster, and there is more variety nowadays. Aside from that, we also are improving our payment system - we now allow for direct online banking in of payments to Malaysian & Singaporean bank accounts to avoid postal delay and loss. CLF, you are entitled to your choices and who you wish to support, but your statement is vastly incorrect. At 800,000 - 1,000,000 impressions generated per day by Malaysian visitors to our blogs, we're pretty sure that the 'many' you refer to may be grossly exaggerated.
Dear josh, your company's reputation is beyond repair. The blogosphere is buzzed over the late payments, ill-treatment of bloggers by your company. Of course, changes are welcomed, but does it change the bloggers impression on advertlets? We shall see in time.
