I'm referring to the true story told by an invited guest on the show "What Say You?(你怎么说?)" this afternoon session.
Today topic was about Committing suicide. The experts agreed together that 90% of the peoples have this mindset. Whenever they fail to do something, they plan to fail, one of it is to commit suicide.
They were asked the ways to solve problem on youth committing suicide. Then, the lady told a true story on how to solve it.
Her friend's son is an excellent student. He scores the first in class most of the time. When came to standard one, his mom tried to distract her son from studying even the exam's near until her son was confused why her mom did so as the result's getting worse.
The moral of this story is his mom wanted him to experience the feeling of being a failure. Sometimes, student's goal is too high, when comes to failure, they plan to fail(suicide). You can't be the winner all the time. But, no matter win or lose, there's advantage at the back. Losing is not a big deal. For me, be the best I could. :)
I respect the wise mother.

most suicide cases come from defected families where parent dun care about their children. so, give attention to children, solve suicides. :-)
Mom never stop me from aiming high by distracting me but she does advise not to set the goal too high.
Do get disappointed when I din get achieve my goal. This is because I know I can do it, but I couldn't achieve.
Well, learning is an on-going process. :)
