Among the thumbnails for TheStar newspaper today, I think this is the best. It's kinda wasted as it didn't chose as the winner thumbnail. Applause for Luke Callistus Rayan for being brave on taking this photo. In fact, there's no body is really above the law regardless creed and race. The police car was clamped as a 'reward' of parking at wrong place.
